The Arbor Community Association Pool Rules:

 

1. I understand that members are permitted use of the pool regardless of
use or rental of the clubhouse.

The pool cannot be reserved - pool parties are not permitted.
Please be courteous to your neighbors, and please limit pool guests to allow all residents access to use the pool if they desire to.

 

2. I understand that I am using the pool facility at my own risk.

 

3. I understand that a lifeguard is not present at the pool facility at any time.

 

4. I will make family members and guests aware of the pool rules.

 

5. An owner/member over the age of 18 must be present at all times. Guests without a member present may be asked to leave. 

 

6. I understand that my family members, guests, and myself must not act
disorderly or behave in any way that could cause injury to others or myself.

 

7. Only individuals 18 or older may use the pool facility without adult
supervision. 

 

8. All minors are the sole responsibility of adults allowing them access to
the facilities.

 

9. It is understood that any and all damage or injury caused during use of
the pool is the sole responsibility of the property owner/member.

 

10. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM.

 

11. No Smoking or pets in or around clubhouse or pool area.

 

12. All doors and windows leading from the pool to the clubhouse must
remain closed and locked.

 

Furthermore, I understand that I am directly
responsible for any use or abuse of the facilities accessed by a family member, guest, or myself.
