Please be mindful that the speed limit throughout the subdivision is a maximum of 25 MPH. Many residents walk their pets or walk for exercise and excessive speeds on subdivision roads put our residents at risk. No one wants speed bumps, but if drivers continue to speed through the neighborhood, speed bumps may be considered. 

When using Arbor amenities, please take your belongings and any garbage with you (this includes pet waste for those who walk their pets along common area walkways!). We want to keep the Arbor looking spectacular and that is a team effort by all residents!

Board members and committee members serve the Arbor community as volunteers and welcome any assistance residents are willing to provide. The board and committee members also appreciate your patience as many work and have families and their Arbor duties are secondary to daily routines.
